I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who is passionate about working with kids, adolescents, families and couples in navigating challenges to improve functioning in all settings. While running a crisis program at a local non-profit, I have had the honor of supporting youth and families at their most vulnerable moments and helping to build self and interpersonal relationships. I have raised two children into adulthood in the Santa Cruz community and have experience navigating systems both professionally and personally. I'll work with you to set realistic goals and empower you to make small and large life changes while gaining a deeper understanding of yourself.
